Our chef's culinary preparations in the Aux Jardins des Délices restaurant are an expression of different flavours, colours and fragrances, perfect cooking, high quality products, superb presentation and a wide range of seasonings to fully develop the different flavours.
Dishes are harmoniously prepared, a subtle marriage of sophistication and simplicity, knowing that simplicity is the most difficult way of expressing sophistication.
Wine is a question of excellence in the Aux Jardins des Délices! Charly, our Head Sommelier, has nurtured both a judicious and endearing wine cellar; he conducts a tour through all the different regions of France where the most easily drinkable wines are aligned with the most prestigious vintages.

Snacking menu: we serve our snacking menu on the pontoon, the terrace and in the lobby everyday from noon to 6pm till September 20th included.
From September 21st this menu will be available from 2:30pm to 9pm on Mondays and Tuesdays, the days of the restaurant closing.
