 Our chef's culinary preparations in the Aux Jardins des Délices restaurant are an expression of different flavours, colours and fragrances, perfect cooking, high quality products, superb presentation and a wide range of seasonings to fully develop the different flavours.

Dishes are harmoniously prepared, a subtle marriage of sophistication and simplicity, knowing that simplicity is the most difficult way of expressing sophistication.

Wine is a question of excellence in the Aux Jardins des Délices! Charly, our Head Sommelier, has nurtured both a judicious and endearing wine cellar; he conducts a tour through all the different regions of France where the most easily drinkable wines are aligned with the most prestigious vintages.

Abbaye's Lunch: from Monday through Friday, we propose a lighter menu, for a delicate meal in our outstanding venue. Service from 12.00 noon to 1.30 PM.

Dress code is casual chic.
For everybody's comfort, pets are not allowed in the restaurant room. However they are very welcome on our terrace in summer.

Restaurant closure dates

Monday and Tuesday except in July and August.
Lunchtime from June 15th to September 20th : summer cuisine prepared and served on the terrace by the lake
From October 5th, a snacking menu is available at lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
