The cuisine of the Restaurant « Aux Jardins des Délices » consists in subtle declination of revisited traditional flavours.
It is all about fresh products from the market or the herb garden of the Abbey, the products of the lake or the sea and the meat: everything always prepared with delicacy and imagination.
