« The talented colleagues of my team take you on gastronomical voyage to discover cuisine that is fine and sumptuous »

THE HEAD CHEF & HIS TEAM

Chef Yohei Hosaka came to Talloires, guided by his love of the mountains and the natural products he found in her environs.
Originally from Akita, Yohei started his career with the tricoloured David Senia. In 2009 Yohei arrived with his suitcases in France and continued his career at the Michelin starred "Petit Nice". Later he joined his mentor David Senia at the Château de Bagnols. Continuing at Chabichou in Courchevel and working alongside the two starred chef Michel Rochedy. He was the "Meilleur Ouvrier" in 2004 and winner of the semi-final of the Tattinger Competition in 2017. Our Head Chef Yohei leads his team with calm self possession. He is the zen cuisine master of our world. He gives food new identity to delight the five taste senses of the guests.

HIS only AIM: to delight the senses of his guests

Passion, perseverance, finesse and elegance are the values that characterise him. His dishes bear witness to this, offering an alliance with seasonal products such as truffles, asparagus and many others.

«The cuisine is sharing of know-how, friendship and generosity which goes together with the seasonal products and products of vicinity»
